Works include the provision of, execution, all supervision, labors, constructional plant, erection and construction, procurement and supply of all materials, equipment, all accessories, connections, and all related electrical works, pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and performance testing and operational and maintenance, spare parts, inclusive of commissioning spares and consumables of the Electrical works, low voltage, special system and BMS System.
